Rasulullah SAW said: "Remember, every time you are the leader and will be held responsible about his leadership, the husband is the leader of his family, the woman is the leader of the domestic life of her husband and children, and he will be held responsible about leadership". (Al-Hadith).

In any society kehiduapan no status and social roles that are essential in addition to the leader. He serves as the head of the "body" of society. Happiness and suffering of the people are very dependent on the behavior of its leaders.

The rise and fall of a nation is determined by the behavior of its leader. Relations leaders and followers are reciprocal. People who both gave birth to a good leader, and vice versa. Prophet conclude this principle with a short sentence "How are you, will determine how you will be led".

Because the behavior of the leader can make thousands and even millions of people smiling and crying, the Prophet taught leadership behavior and his saying. About his
leadership Allah says: "So with the love of God ye meek against them. Now if you are loud and rude to be surely they will turn away from you" (QS.Ali Imran: 159).

and "It has come to you a Messenger from your father's house itself, the weight felt by him suffering, really want (faith and salvation) you, again very loving mercy towards the believers" (QS. Al-Repentance: 128).

Indeed, in Islam, the figure is an example of an ideal leader and a good example, even a blessing for mankind and a mercy to nature is the Prophet Muhammad. As Allah SWT says: "Ye have indeed in (self) that the Messenger of Allah a good role model for you (that) for people who expect (grace) of God and the (arrival) Day of Resurrection and Allah much" (QS.
