Sedekah yang diberikan kepada yang berhak menerimanya, berbuat amal makruf, berbakti kepada kedua orang tua dan bersilaturahmi, kesemuana itu dapat mengubah kesengsaraan menjadi kebahagiaan dan dapat menambah umur serta dapat memelihara diri dari keburukan yang membinasakan. (HR. Abu Nu'aim)</div>

Termasuk yang dapat mengusir perasaan gundah dan gelisah adalah berbuat baik kepada sesama makhluk dengan ucapan, perbuatan serta berbagai bentuk kebajikan. Dengan kebaikan tersebut Allah akan menghilangkan kesusaan baik dari prang beriman ataupun prang kafir sesuai kadar kebaikannya. Akan tertapi, prang beriman memiliki bagian yang ;ebih sempurna. Karena perbedaannya bersumber dari keikhlasan dan harapanakan pahala Allah Ta'ala. Dengan modal tersebut Allah meringankan baginya dalam mengerahkan tenaga untuk berbuat baik karena ada kebaikan yang ingin diraih Allah juga meringankan baginaya dalam mencegah keburukan dengan penuh ikhlas dan harapan akan pahala dari Allah SWT.</div>

Allah SWT telah mengabarkan bahwa semua perkara yang disebutkan dalam surat An-Nisa:114 adalah kebaikan, dan kebaikan selalu mendatangkan kebaikan berikutnya serta menolak keburukan. Seseorang ang berharap kepada Allah, maka Allah akan memberikan kepadanya pahala yang banyak, salah satu diantaranya adalah merubah kesengsaraan menjadi kebaikan.</div>

Berdasarkan hadis yang diriwayatkan oleh Abu Nu’aim di atas ada beberapa tips yang harus dijalani bagi siapapun yang ingin umurnya panjang dan memberantas kesengsaraan dalam hidupnya. Adapun beberapa tips itu adalah :</div>

<ol style="text-align: left;">
<li style="text-align: justify;">Sedekah kepada yang berhak menerimanya. Sedekah termasuk amaliah yang sering dilakukan oleh setiap pribadi muslim di duna ini. Sudah menjadi kebiasaan dan terutama di bulan-bulan ramadhan, dimana seluruh umat muslim pada waktu itu amal apapun akan dilipatgandakan oleh Allah swt ternasuk sedekah. Akan tetapi yang menjadi pertanyaan, sudahkan semua paha ilmunya sedekah? Sedekah itu tidak ngawur dulur. Tidak asal diberikan begitu saja karena dalam sedekah ada pendidikan karakter. Dimana Si kaya memotivasi Si miskin agar tidak selamanya menjadi peminta-minta. Sekaligus juga mendidik Si kaya agar berjiwa lembut lantaran peduli dengan lingkungan sosial. Sedekah yang baik itu tidaklah bersifat karikatif. Contoh sedekah luar biasa yang dapat mengentaskan kemiskinan adalah dengan memberi bantuan Si miskin berupa modal usaha atau langsung dibelikan alat usaha. Itu jauh lebih kongkrit dan real. Kalau hanya diberi sedikt uang saja itu sifatnya temporal, ya selamanya Si miskin akan menjadi peminta-minta. Akan tetapi, bila dengan modal usaha atau alat usaha yang diperlukan dia akan menjadi lebih mandiri secara ekonomi bahkan tidak menutup kemungkinan akan membantu mengentaskan saudara miskin lainnya. Itulah ilmu bersedekah yang hanif dalam islam. </li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Berbuat kebaikan (amal ma’ruf). Orang yang sumpek terlihat dari wajahnya. Lihatlah pada wajahnya sungguh tidak ada aura yang memancar. Dipandang saja tidak sedap apalagi kalau diajak berbicara. Itulah ciri-ciri orang yang hubbud durnya. Dia tidak menyadari kalau manusia boleh berangan-angan dan berkehendak tetapi tetap mesik 0.001 persen Allah-lah yang menentukan segalanya. Bandingkan dengan pribadi sosok ulama yang benar-benar ulama bukan ulama syu’ atau ulama syaithan. Beliau radliallahuanhu memiliki pribadi yang ecolistik. Yaitu pribadi yang hobi berbuat baik. Jadi, dalam laku kesehariannya tidak ada hal yang menyenangkan baginya selain berbuat baik dan berbuat baik. Siapa pun orangnya jika sudah mempu mempraktekkan laku tersebut tentu hatinya akan dipenuhi dengan ketentraman itulah mengapa orang yang ahli berbuat baik bisa dikatakan panjang umur. Kenapa demikian? Karena di dalam hatinya senantiasa mengalir semangat optimis dan penuh keyakinan dalam menghadapi hidup. Tiada sekecil apapun masalah yang dihadapi itu menyurutkan potensi niatnya. Justru ia mampu mengubah masalah menjadi pahala dan mengubah resiko menjadi peluang. Laa khaufun alihim walahum yahzanuun. Itulah karakter holistik seorang waliyullah. Ingin jadi kekasih Allah? Masukilah denan pintu ecolistik tersebut. </li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Berbakti kepada kedua orang tua. Manjadi sorang anak itu gampang-gampang susuh. Terlebih dalam mengahdapi orang tua kita yang sudah udzur (manula). Kecenderungan orang tua dalah cerewet dan selalu ingin segera dilayani. Terkadang sudah dilayani pun masih mencela dan membentak-bentak. Itulah ujian kita sebagai anak. Karena semahal apapun perawatan yang kita berikan kepada kedua orang tua tentu tidak akan mampu kita membalas budi. </li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Membangun silaturahimi. Sebaik-baik keluargamu adalah yang mencukupimu dan tidaklah menjadi keluargamu orang yang paling menyengsarakanmu. Muliakanlah keluargamu karena meraka adalah sayapmu yang dengannya engkau terbang kepada-Nya dan dengannnyua engkau mengalahkan musuh-musuhmu. Barang siapa yang dikaruniakan harta oleh-Nya, maka hendaklah menyambung dengannya tali kekerabatan. Teman adalah ikatan rohani, sedangkan saudara adalah ikatan jasmani dan permusuhannya akan menghanguskan agama. Jangan banyak mencela karea sesungguhnya celaan akan melahirkan dendam dan menyebabkan kebencian. Jika temanmu mendapat jabatan atau kedudukan kemudian engkau mendapat sepersepuluh dari persahabatannya, maka ia bukanlah teman yang buruk. Kekerabatan memerlukan kecintaan, sedangakn kecintaan tidak memrlukan kekerabatan. Sesungguhnya orang-orang miskin adalah duta-duta-Nya dibumi, barangsiapa menolaknya berarti ia telah menolak-Nya dan barangsiapa yang memberi berarti ia telah memberi-Nya. </li>

Sebenarnya itdak hanya empat hal diatas bentul amaliah yang dapat menjadikan pelakunya panjang umur, selamat dan memiliki hati yang “Qalban Saliman”, masih banya perilaku kebajikan lainnya. Tujuannya hanya satu aitu berbuat bak dan berbuat baik tanpa berpikir pahala lagi. Perbanyaklah perbuatan yang bermanfaat buat orang lain kemudian abadikan amal itu dengan cepat-cepat melupakannya. Jangan pernah diingat-ingat lagi. Ingatlah terus bahwa dosa manuasia itu pasti dicatat sementara amal shalih belum tentu dterima. Camkan itu baik-baik dalam ingatan. Jika sudah benar-benar dipraktekkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari berarti Anda sudah bergegas detik itu pula untuk mi’raj kepada Allah dengan niatan yang sesungguhnya. Itulah tingkatan orang-orang yang akan dihindarkan dari mati dalam kondisi hina, dihindarkan dari kesengsaraan dunia dan akhirat.</div>

Syarat utama untuk dapat melaksanakan Islam adalah memahaminya. Orang yang tidak tahu tentang Islam mustahil dapat melaksanakannya. Jika pun terdapat perilaku yang sama dengan tuntunan Islam, tidak lain hanyalah hasil karangan sendiri atau meniru orang lain, bukan atas dasar mengikuti petunjuk Allah dan contoh dari Rasullulah. Oleh karena itu Rasullulah menegaskan, "<i>Barang siapa yang dikehendaki Allah mendapat kebaikan/keberuntungan, pasti Allah pahamkan dia terhadap agamanya</i>." (HR Al-Bukhari dan Muslim)</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
Dengan demikian, tidak ada ceritanya orang yang jahil terhadap petunjuk Allah lebih beruntung mendapat penghormatan dari Allah dari pada orang yang paham. Bila pun terjadi fenomena orang yang dikenal paham agama tetapi justu bersalah, tidak dapat jadi alasan bahwa yang demikian itu karena kepintarannya. Sebaliknya perlu didasari bahwa yang paham saja bisa salah, apalagi yang tidak paham. Termasuk dalam hal ini adalah klaim bahwa belum tentu orang yang rajin sholat akan masuk surga duluan ketimbang orang yang malas atau bahkan tidak sholat.</div>

Padahal sholat selain salah satu rukun islam, ia adalah pembeda utama antara muslim dan nonmuslim, nabi bersabda, "<i>Batas antara seorang hamba dengan kekafiran adalah meninggalkan sholat.</i>" (HR. Abu Dawud, Turmudzi dan Ibn Majah). Islam didirikan atas lima sendi (tiang) salah satunya adalah shalat, sehingga barang siapa mendirikan shalat, maka ia mendirikan agama (Islam), dan barang siapa meninggalkan shalat, maka ia meruntuhkan agama (Islam). Dan sholat merupakan amal yang pertama kali dihisab dan dijadikan barometer amal manusia, sebagaimana dinyatakan nabi dalam hadist yang shahih.</div>

Allah berfirman, "<i>Maka celakalah bagi orang-orang yang sholat, (yaitu) orang-orang yang lalai dari sholatnya</i>." (QS.Al-Ma'un: 4-5).</div>

Seorang lelaki bernama Jariyah bin Qudamah mendatangi Rasulullah SAW, "Berilah aku wasiat". Pinta laiki-laki tersebut. "Engkau jangan marah!" Jawab Rasulullah SAW. Sang sahabat tersebut mengulangi beberapa kali permintaannnya. Dan jawaban Rasulullah SAW pun tetap, "Engkau jangan marah!"<br />

Jangan marah ! Sebuah nasehat singkat dari Nabi SAW. Meski singkat, nasehat tersebut padat akan berbagai perkara kebaikan. Buktinya ketika lelaki  tersebut mengulang-ulang permintaannya, Rasulullah SAW tetap memberikan jawaban yang sama. Nasihat yang diberikan Rasulullah SAW kepada lelaku tersebut juga menunjukkan bahwa marah adalah pokok berbagai kejahatan, dan menahan diri darinya adalah pokok segala kebaikan.</div>

Ketika seseorang marah, maka darahnya bergejolak, sehingga dia mudah emosi, dadanya membaram uratnya menegang, wajahnya memerah dan terkadang ungkapan dan tindakannya tidak masuk akal. Selain itu, marah juga dapat menimbulkan perbuatan yang tidak terpuji, memukulm menyiksa dan menyakiti. Bahkan, biasanya disertai dengan mengeluarkan perkataan-perkataan yang diharam kan seperti menuduh, mencacimaki dan berkata kotor.</div>

Sejatinya marah itu adalah naluri yang diberikan oleh allah SWT. Marah tidaklah bisa dihilangkan. Ibnu Hajar Al-'Asqalani  rahimahullah berkata, "Adapun hakikat marah tidaklah dilarang karena merupakan perkara tabi'at yang tidak bisa hilang dari perilaku kebiasaan manusia". Meski marah adalah salah satu fitra mausiawi pemberian Sang Khaliq, namun Allah SWT dan Rasulullah SAW memerintahkan memerintahkan umat Islam untuk menahannya.</div>

Imam Al-Ghazali, mengatakan, "Barang siapa tidak marah, maka ia lemah dari melatih diri. Yang baik adalah, mereka yang marah namun bisa menahan dirinya".</div>

Iman Nawawi menyatakan bahwa larangan marah  itu bukan untuk marah kita sendiri, bukan berarti kita tidak boleh marah, tetapi jangan sampai kemarahan kita dipumpahkan dengan kekasaran atau kata-kata kotor yang mengakibatkan kebencian dan kerusakan.</div>

Marah ada yang harus ditahan, ada pula yang diperbolehkan. Sebab diperbolehkannya marah, apabila dilakukan karena Allah Azza wa Jalla dalam membela agama Allah wa Jalla dengan ikhlas, membela hak-hak-Nya, dan tidak menuruti hawa nafsu. Seperti yang dilakukan oleh Rasullulah Shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam, beliau marah karena ada hukum-hukum Allah dan syaria'at-Nya yang dilanggar. </div>

Rasulullah SAW tidak pernah marah marah jika celaan hanya tertuju pada pribadinya dan beliau sangat marah ketika melihat atau mendengar sesuatu yang dibenci Allah, maka belau tidak diam, beliau marah dan berbicara. Ketika Nabi SAW melihat kelambu rumah Aisyah ada gambar makhluk hidupnya (yaitu gambar kuda bersayap) maka merah wajah Belau dan bersabda, "Sesungguhnya orang yang paling keras siksaannya pada hari kiamat adalah orang membuat gambar seperti gambar ini". (HR. Al-Bukhari dan Muslim). Marah yang dicontohkan Rasulullah SAW adalah mahar yang diperbolehkan. Bahkan, ia marah yang terpuji. Adapun marah yang tidak diperbolehkan (harus ditahan) apabila dilakukan karena membela diri, kepentingan duniawi dan melewati batas.</div>

Wajib bagi setiap muslim menempatkan nafsu amarahnya terhadap apa yang diperbolehkan oleh Allah SWT, tidak melampaui batas terhadap apa yang dilarang sehingga nafsu amarahnya tidak mengarah kepada kemaksiatan, kemunafikan apalagi sampai kepada kekafiran. Kita harus melatih diri kita agar tidak menjadi orang yang mudah marah dan menahan marah kita agar kemarakan kita tidak berlebihan.</div>

Sekilas, jika kita melihat orang berbadan tinggi besar, tegap dan berotot, maka kita akan mengatakan, "dia orang yang kuat". Tetapi jika dia tak mampu menahan marah, maka hakikatnya dia bukan orang yang kuat. kenapa ? karena pada hakikatnya, orang yang kuat itu, adalah orang yang mampa menahan marahnya. Tentu marah yang tak berkaitan dengan oembelaan agama. Rasullulah SAW memuji orang yang dapat mengendalikan dirinya ketika marah. Menurut Syari'at Islam, orang yang kuat adalah oranga yang mempu melawan dan mengekang hawa nafsunya ketika marah. Raulullah SAW bersabda : "Orang yang kuat itu bukanlah yang pandai bergulat, tetapi orang yang kuat ialah orang yang dapat mengendalikan dirinya ketika marah". (HR. Muslim).</div>

Pad diri manusia terdapat tiga kekuatan jiwa, yaitu : kekuatan amarah, kekuatan syahwat dan kekuatan akal. Kebaikan jiwa seseorang meuslim sangat ditentukan oleh kebaikan tiga kekuatan ini. Oleh karena itu Rasulullah SAW menyeru kepada setiap muslim supaya memiliki kemampuan untuk mengawal dan mengendalikannya. Jangan sampai dia menjadi orang yang lemah dan tidak berdaya menguasai dan mengendalikan tiga kekuatan tersebut. Maka sangat tepat jika Rasulullah menyebutkan, "Sesungguhnya orang yang kuat adalah orang yang mampu menguasainya dirinya ketika marah".</div>

Rasulullah SAW juga menjelaskan tentang keutamaan orang yang dapat menahan amarahnya, beliau bersabda : "Barang siapa menahan amrah padalah ia mampu melakukannya, pada hari kiamat Allah akan memanggilnya di hadapan seluruh makhluk, kemudian Allah menuruhnya untuk memilih bidadari yang disukai. (HR. At-Tirmidzi). Rasulullah SAW pernah bersabda kepada sahabatnya, "Jangan kamu marah, maka kamu akan masuk surga". (HR. Ath-Thabarani).</div>

reciprocal</span>. <span class="hps">People</span> <span class="hps">who</span> <span class="hps">both</span> <span class="hps">gave birth to</span> <span class="hps">a good leader</span>, and vice <span class="hps">for mankind</span> <span class="hps">and</span> <span class="hps">a mercy to</span> <span class="hps">nature</span> <span class="hps">is</span> <span class="hps">the Prophet Muhammad</span>. <span class="hps">As Allah SWT says</span>: <span class="hps atn">"</span>Ye have indeed in <span class="hps atn">(</span>self) <span class="hps">that</span> <span class="hps">the Messenger of Allah</span> <span class="hps">a good</span> <span class="hps">role model</span> <span class="hps">for you</span> <span class="hps">(that</span>) <span class="hps">for</span> <span class="hps">people</span> <span class="hps">who</span> <span class="hps">expect</span> <span class="hps atn">(</span>grace) <span class="hps">of God</span> <span class="hps">and the</span> <span class="hps atn">(</span>arrival) <span class="hps">Day of Resurrection</span> <span class="hps">and</span> <span class="hps">Allah much</span>" <span class="hps atn">(</span>QS. <span <li><span class="hps">Not arrogant</span>. <span class="hps">This means</span> <span class="hps">no</span> <span class="hps">excessive</span> <span class="hps">pride</span>, <span class="hps">either by</span> <span class="hps">deed</span>, <span class="hps">word</span> <span class="hps">or</span> <span class="hps">gesture</span>. <span class="hps">Allah says</span>: <span class="hps atn">"</span>And do not <span class="hps">turn your face</span> <span class="hps">from</span> <span class="hps">humans</span> <span class="hps atn">(</span>for pride), <span class="hps">and</span> <span class="hps">do not be</span> <span class="hps">too</span> <span class="hps">Ye</span> <span class="hps">walk</span> <span class="hps">in</span> <span class="hps">insolence through the</span> <span class="hps">earth</span>. <span class="hps">Allah loves not</span> <span class="hps">those</span> <span class="hps">who</span> <span class="hps">arrogant boasting</span>". <span class="hps atn">(</span>QS. <span class="hps">Luqman</span>: <span class="hps">18</span>);<span class="hps"> </span></li>
<li><span class="hps">Dissenters</span> <span class="hps">not</span> <span class="hps">promise</span>. <span class="hps">All the</span> <span class="hps">promises have been</span> <span class="hps">made</span>, <span class="hps">should</span> <span class="hps">be fulfilled</span>. <span class="hps">If the</span> <span class="hps">leaders of</span> <span class="hps">broken promises</span>, <span class="hps">trust</span> <span class="hps">stamps</span> <span class="hps">to it</span> <span class="hps">will</span> <span class="hps">be lost;</span><span class="hps"> </span></li>
